Booking Terms and Conditions – School Classes
Thank you for booking your school class with us – here is all the information you need regarding payment, rebooking, cancellation, etc.
Rebooking and cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before activity.
Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50 % or may be rebooked, but without the right to cancel again.
If you fail to attend an appointment without giving notice, you will be charged 100 % of the cost.
Payment:
Payment on-site (excluding AMEX) or in advance via invoice.
The number of schoolchildren and teachers will be notified no later than 7 days before the activity date.
For invoice payments, billing details must be emailed at least 7 days before the activity.
If payment cannot be made on site or invoice details are missing, an administration fee of SEK 29 per week will be added for any delay.
Code of conduct
Alcohol/drug ban throughout the premises.
At least 2 teachers/educators need to be on the snow and responsible for their class.
The teacher is responsible for the pupils for the entirety of the visit and assists the instructor with booking a ski instructor.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend activities in the event of inappropriate behaviour.
All hire equipment and library cards must be returned after your visit. Unreturned items will be charged retrospectively.
Equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged for.
If your own equipment is used, fluorinated waxes may not be used.
