Booking conditions – introductory course

Rebooking and cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before activity.

Late cancellations will be charged at 100% of the course fee.

If you miss a session or do not provide feedback, 100 % of the course fee will be charged.

In the event of a missed course due to illness/injury, Skidome can offer a full refund upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Missed classes can be retaken at a later date, subject to availability.

Payment:

When booking through our webshop, payment is made at the time of booking.

When booking via email, payment is made on-site by card/Swish or E-passi.

Completed courses are non-refundable.

For those without an annual or 10-visit pass, an additional entrance fee of 289 kr applies. Payable on-site.

A skid hire charge of SEK 249 will apply (if you do not have your own equipment).

Code of conduct

Alcohol/drug ban throughout the premises.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend activities in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

All hire equipment and library cards must be returned after your visit. Unreturned items will be charged afterwards.

Equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged for.

If your own equipment is used, fluorinated waxes may not be used.
