Booking Conditions – Personal Training
Thank you for booking a private lesson with us – here is all the information you need regarding payment, rescheduling and cancellation, etc.
Rebooking and cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before activity.
Late cancellations will be charged at 50 % or may be rescheduled, but without the right to cancel.
If you fail to attend a session without giving notice, you will be charged 100 % of the lesson fee.
Payment:
Payment is made on-site by card/Swish/wellness voucher or PT punch card.
The price for a private lesson excludes entry and ski hire.
No entrance fee is charged when holding a season ticket/10-visit card.
Code of conduct
Alcohol/drugs are not permitted on our premises.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend activities in the event of inappropriate behaviour.
All hire equipment and borrowed key cards are to be returned after your visit. Unreturned equipment and key cards will be charged retrospectively.
If your own equipment is used, fluo wax must not be used.
