Rebooking and cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before activity.

Late cancellations will be charged at 100% of the course fee.

If you miss a session or do not provide feedback, 100 % of the course fee will be charged.

Missed course due to illness/injury: Skidome can provide a full refund upon presentation of a doctor's certificate.

On one or more missed occasions, this can be made up for at a catch-up opportunity.

Payment:

Payment is made on-site by card/Swish or E-passi.

When booking via the Ski Dome webshop, payment is made at the time of purchase.

Completed courses are non-refundable.

For those without an annual or 10-visit pass, a standard entrance fee applies. Payable on arrival.

Ski-hire will be added to the normal price if you do not have your own equipment.

Code of conduct

Alcohol/drug ban throughout the premises.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend activities in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

All hire equipment and library cards must be returned after your visit. Unreturned items will be charged afterwards.

Equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged for.

If your own equipment is used, fluorinated waxes may not be used.
