For 60 minutes, the instructor will help you find the correct posture to keep your balance on skis, go through various techniques for getting up if you have fallen, and explain the importance of the ski having a suitable camber and the poles the correct length. Once everyone feels more familiar with their equipment, you will tackle easier technique exercises to get a taste of the charm of skiing.

To absorb as much knowledge as possible from the instructor, we recommend that you ski on your own at least once between each course session.
The beginner's course is suitable for you if you are about to compete in your first ski race, if you want to ski more efficiently, and if you have skied for several years but haven't learned the basics of technique.
Time required 3 sessions of 75 minutes each. One session per week over a 3-week period.

Advanced Classical Style Course
In the continuation course, the instructor sets higher demands on you as a skier compared to the beginner's course. The continuation course requires you to be comfortable with all the gears of skiing and to master a higher tempo right from the start of the course. We continue to go through all the gears and practise changing tracks at speed. The instructor places great emphasis on small details to further develop technique. All skiers have different strengths and weaknesses in their skiing technique, and the instructor provides a lot of individual feedback and tips to each participant.
The course is suitable for those who want to develop their skiing technique from good to advanced. You should have completed a Beginner's course with us or have similar experience before the start of the course to complete the Intermediate course.
