Membership information

Membership is personal and may not be lent out or shared.

The membership is activated immediately on the day of purchase and is valid for 12 months thereafter.

Our autogiro year cards (AG) have a 12-month binding period and a two-month cancellation period thereafter. To terminate the card after 12 months, you need to actively cancel it before the binding period expires. Otherwise, the subscription will continue without being bound with a two-month cancellation period.

After the binding period ends, discounted autogiro annual cards revert to the regular price. To maintain the discount, show a valid certificate no later than 10 days before the binding period expires.

Annual passes purchased at the regular price can be frozen for a maximum of two months per 12-month period, applicable to both cash and auto-renewed memberships. 

AG membership can be frozen for entire calendar months (max 2). Notify us no later than the 18th in the month before the freeze.

In previous years, a snow change has occurred in the summer – thanks to our own snow production, we are now open year-round. Any freezing during the summer months does not occur automatically.

Cash memberships can be paused for one or two months forward, from any date, but not backwards in time.

Annual passes purchased at a promotional/discounted price cannot be frozen.

We freeze annual passes for longer periods upon presentation of a doctor's note.

When purchasing a membership, a fee for a membership wristband or membership card will always apply. 149 SEK for a wristband and 99 SEK for a card. If you already have a Skidome card/wristband, you can use it. The card/wristband is used for entry and as a lock for lockers in the changing rooms.

Termination of annual passes/ski lockers must be in writing via an email to kontakt@skidome.ski to be considered valid.

Completed courses are non-refundable.

For customers without an annual pass/10-card, an entrance fee applies. Payment is made on site.

Ski rental is added for each occasion (if you do not have your own equipment).

Cannot freeze/cancel/extend

Free cancellation with refund up to 7 days before activity

Late cancellations will be charged to 100% as part of the activity cost

If an appointment is missed without notification, 100% will be charged to the activity cost.

In case of illness or injury, Skidome will provide a full refund upon presentation of a doctor's certificate confirming that the customer cannot attend any of the course's three sessions.

If you have missed one or more occasions, there is an opportunity to make up for it at one of our make-up sessions.

Ski lockers can be rented for SEK 200/month for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time, alternatively via direct debit with two (2) months' notice.

You are responsible for emptying/leaving your locker or renewing your locker rental when the rental period has ended.

Cabinets that have not been extended but are still locked will be cut. A fee of SEK 250 per month started will be charged for storage of equipment.
