Welcome to an activity with us; here we have gathered information for your visit.
On-site
We recommend that you be at the ski shop approximately 20 minutes before your booked activity.
Changing rooms
You will be lent a key card for the changing rooms, and with this card, you can lock any locker. We recommend locking away anything that will not be used during the activity. Toilets, showers, and a sauna are available in the changing rooms.
Equipment
Our staff are on hand in the ski rental shop to help you get the right equipment. If you're using your own equipment, you can ask the staff for tips and tricks – and remember that only fluorocarbon-free waxes are allowed on your skis.
Activity
If you have booked an instructor-led activity, the instructor will meet you inside the Ski Dome, right where you check in for the snow.
Return of equipment
All rented equipment must be returned to staff in the Ski Shop after your visit. If the Ski Shop is closed, the equipment should be left in the designated outdoor area. The locker room key card must be returned to staff in the Ski Shop. If the Ski Shop is closed, there is a letterbox for returning the card.
Clothing tips
At Skidome, it is -4 degrees Celsius, so we suggest and therefore only permit functional clothing, according to the layering principle. Thermal underwear, ski trousers, a ski jacket/jumper, and a hat/headband and gloves. For ski trousers, fingerless gloves are not recommended.
