Ski courses
Our popular cross-country ski courses help you improve your technique and build confidence on skis. Choose from introductory, beginner, or intermediate levels. Suitable for ages 14+.
Price
Introductory course: 399 SEK for one session of 60 minutes. Excluding entry.
Roller skiing introduction: 199 SEK for one session of 45 minutes. No entrance fee required.
Skiing course: 1299 SEK for three lessons of 75 minutes each. Excluding entry.
Double poling: The pass can be booked separately for 599 kr/pass or as a course of 3 lessons for 1299 kr.
Ski rental: 249 SEK per session for skis/poles/boots. Helmet required for roller ski introduction; bring your own or purchase one from us.

Booking
Language: All courses are conducted in Swedish unless otherwise stated .
Waiting list: available upon full course booking.
Payment: The course fee is payable immediately upon booking, you can also pay with E-passi.
Entrance and ski rental: Paid at each lesson (No entry fee for members).
Free cancellation At least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made later will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee.
Missed course session: – If you missed one or more opportunities, you can make up for it at one of our collection points at no extra cost. Not applicable to set courses. Reservations are made by email – kontakt@skidome.ski
