Rebooking and cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before activity.

Late cancellations for the entire group will incur a charge of 50 % or may be rescheduled once, but without the right to cancel again.

If you fail to attend an appointment without giving notice, you will be charged 100 % of the cost.

You will inform us of the number of participants and ski rentals no later than 7 days before the activity. The stated number will be debited according to the quote.

Payment:

Payment on-site (excluding AMEX) or in advance via invoice.

For invoice payments, billing details must be emailed at least 7 days before the activity.

If payment cannot be made on-site or billing details are missing, an administration fee of SEK 29/week will be applied for delays.

Code of conduct

Alcohol/drug ban throughout the premises.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend activities in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

All hire equipment and library cards must be returned after your visit. Unreturned items will be charged for retrospectively.

Equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged for.

If your own equipment is used, fluorinated waxes may not be used.
